All orders, tapes, and copy instructions are required to be sent by deadline to:

Deadlines

Desired Air Date	Deadline
Monday	Thursday by 1 pm.
Tuesday	Friday by 1 pm
Wednesday	Monday by 1 pm
Thursday & Friday	Tuesday by 1 pm
Saturday & Sunday	Wednesday by 1 pm

In most cases, if WRITTEN COPY INSTRUCTIONS are received by the
deadline, the tape can arrive by 10 AM FedEx priority the following morning.
Advance approval required (excluding weekends).
Please note deadlines subject to change on holiday weekends.

Tapes should be sent in 1/2 inch BetaCam SP format.
We request the audio be on both channels.
